In crisis? Lofn is not equipped to handle mental health emergencies. Please contact a local crisis helpline or emergency services. The app will surface a relevant helpline number inside the chat when appropriate.

Common questions

I can't sign in.

Make sure the email and password match exactly. Lofn doesn't yet have password reset in-app — email us and we'll help you recover the account or close it so you can sign up fresh.

I'm not getting notifications.

Check Android Settings → Apps → Lofn → Notifications. Notifications require permission, which is requested the first time you sign in.

Refunds.

Subscriptions are billed by Google Play, so refunds go through Google's refund process: Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history → tap the purchase → Request a refund. We don't have direct access to refund subscriptions ourselves.

Cancelling Premium.

Open the Play Store app → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Lofn Premium → Cancel subscription. Your access stays until the current period ends.

How do I delete my data?

Why is a character behaving strangely?

AI responses can drift. Open the character detail screen and tap "Start fresh" to wipe what they remember about you — that usually resets behaviour. If a character produces something unsafe or upsetting, email us with a screenshot so we can tune the safety layer.
